Unfortunately, after being a loyal patient of Dr. Miller’s since my own childhood and bringing my daughter here for the past 11 years, we have decided to leave this practice. I had to reschedule my daughter’s appointment due to an emergency and was charged a $150 rescheduling fee. The office had contacted me the week prior asking if I could move the appointment to an earlier day, which I could not accommodate due to my schedule. When I later needed to reschedule, they stated they could see my daughter the same morning, but she had a school exam that could not be made up. In the past, the office has called and asked me to reschedule appointments last minute due to Dr. Miller being out of the office, and I more than willingly accommodated those requests and altered my schedule to meet their needs. What was most upsetting was being told that other children in pain could not be seen because my daughter had kept her originally scheduled appointment. Being made to feel responsible for other patients’ care due to a scheduling issue was inappropriate and uncomfortable, especially after more than a decade of loyalty. Dr. Miller is not only caring, thoughtful and patient but truly wants what is best for his patients. He not only fixed my daughters lip tie with top notch equipment, a CO2 laser, but wanted us to stay after the appointment to ensure that feeding was improved, which we did in a side consult room as soon as the procedure was over. He has followed up closely with us and it has meant the world. My daughters latch has improved so much that is has changed our day to day. No more pain :) Thank you so much Dr. Miller!

I've been bringing all three of my children since they've had their first tooth. Dr. Miller and his staff have been a blessing to my family. My two boys with Autism haven't had anything short of great experiences, even with procedures. Love them all- Vikki, Karen, Scott and the whole crew!

Dr. Miller's office takes care of both of my daughters who have the unfortunate luck of getting my wife's teeth. Their staff is awesome and the facility is super comfortable. My children are well cared for and so are we. I would go nowhere else in town. My kids actually like going to Dr. Miller's Office. I don't remember ever liking going to the dentist. They go to great lengths to make sure that my children's dental experience is stress free and rewarding. Kudos to Dr. Miller and his staff!

My daughter fell at school which resulted in a tooth broken in half and a busted lip. We waited until the next morning since I didn't think it was life or death. We arrived to find the office staff and Dr. Miller were not scheduled to be in until later. The staff came in early to take care of us and told us to call anytime there is any problem after hours. They treated us with such care and respect. Being a week before Christmas, cost was a small concern but not as much as my daughter's tooth and lip. Dr. Miller tried a new process and her tooth looks perfect (even better than her God given tooth)! They stitched up her lip and she was thrilled to know no one could even tell she had an accident. Dr. Miller's staff explained everything that would be done and as always, all of my children feel like they treat us like their own family! This is a wonderful group and we appreciate the care provided by Dr. Miller and his team.
